We started in 2002 with a clear bet: that homeowners and builders across the GTA would rather hire a drywall specialist than a generalist contractor dabbling in walls. Twenty-two years and 2,000+ projects later, that bet has held up.
Toronto's housing stock is uniquely demanding. Pre-1960s Annex Victorians, Cabbagetown row houses, and Riverdale bungalows have plaster-on-lath ceilings that move seasonally. 1970s subdivision homes in Etobicoke, Scarborough, and Mississauga still carry pre-1980 popcorn ceilings, often with asbestos. Downtown condos demand tight building-rule compliance, after-hours work, and strict dust containment. Custom homes in Vaughan, Oakville, and North York want Level 5 finishes on raked-light walls that most drywall crews can't deliver.
We built our crew around all of that. Our process covers single-crew workflow, dustless HEPA sanding, asbestos-protocol popcorn removal, and Level 5 finishing for premium clients. Every one of those capabilities exists because it solved a real Toronto-area homeowner problem we'd run into hundreds of times.
